Handled Home Solutions is a Full service Home Management service dedicated to helping older adults and their families manage the everyday tasks of home life—without the stress. From managing vendors, organizing the home, decluttering, helping with transitions like downsizing or moving, and even helping manage mail or tech—we're here to take the load off, so you or your loved ones can enjoy home life without the stress.

Nope—it’s not medical care. We don’t provide clinical or nursing services. Think of us more like lifestyle support or a trusted household manager for aging adults. We're here to handle the non-medical stuff that still matters —like making sure the home is safe, organized, and functioning smoothly.

Great question! We’re not assisted living. We support people who want to stay in their homes longer. Instead of moving into a facility, we bring personalized, hands-on help to you, right where you are. Our services help seniors age in place with dignity, confidence, and support.

Handled is perfect for older adults living independently—or with some help—who need extra support managing their homes. It’s also designed for adult children who want peace of mind knowing their parent’s home life is being taken care of with heart and professionalism.

Absolutely! We specialize in in-home support. Our team meets clients where they are—literally—and helps manage tasks, projects, and challenges inside the home. We're all about bringing hands-on help directly to you.

If it’s non-medical and happens in or around the home, we likely handle it.

8. Do I need a contract?

No long-term contracts required! We offer flexible service plans and can work with you short-term, long-term, or as needed. It’s all about what works best for you or your family.

Absolutely, and we encourage it. We know how important it is for families to be involved—especially adult children coordinating care from a distance. You’re always welcome to join consultations, check-ins, or planning calls. Transparency is key.

Great question. Home health care focuses on medical services—like wound care, physical therapy, or nursing. We don’t do that. What we do is take care of everything else around the home—think of us as home life coordinators. We’re the bridge between independence and needing more serious care.

We currently serve most of the Greater Houston area, including the top zip codes where our clients are located. If you’re in or near Houston, there’s a good chance you’re covered. Just ask us if you're unsure—we’re expanding often!

After we learn about your needs, we’ll send over a custom plan outlining recommended services, pricing, and scheduling. If everything looks good, we get started—no pressure, no hard sell. Just helpful, thoughtful planning.

No problem! If you're coordinating care from out of state, we’ve got you. While our hands-on services are mainly in the Greater Houston area right now, we do offer limited remote coordination support. And the good news? We're expanding soon!

That depends on what we’re helping with. Some visits might be quick—just 15–30 minutes to check in or drop something off—others could take a few hours if we're organizing or managing a bigger project. It’s all flexible, based on your needs.
