  1. 01 The Call

You Tell Us What's Going On

A few minutes on the phone or online. We schedule a visit that works for your family.

  2. 02 The Assessment

    We Walk the Home

About an hour, room by room, looking for what actually causes falls and problems.

  3. 03 The Plan

    You Decide What Happens Next

A written, prioritized plan - with no pressure to act on all of it right away.

Step 01 - The Call

It Starts With a Short Conversation, Not a Sales Pitch.

Tell us what's happening - a fall, a hospital discharge, or just a feeling that something's changed. It takes about five minutes to request a visit.

We'll schedule the assessment for a time that works for your parent, not just for you. If you're out of town, you can join by phone.

  • Takes about five minutes to request
  • Free, with no obligation to continue
  • Scheduled around your parent's routine

Step 02 - The Assessment

One Hour. A Trained Eye. No Guesswork.

A Handled specialist spends about an hour in the home, walking the routes that get used every day: the hallway to the bathroom, the steps to the driveway, the path from bed to kitchen.

We look at lighting, thresholds, bathroom access, stairs, smoke and CO detectors, and anything overdue for maintenance - the things that quietly cause falls.

  • Room-by-room walkthrough of the whole home
  • Photos of anything of concern
  • A prioritized written plan: urgent, soon, later

Step 03 - The Plan

You Decide. We Handle It If You Want Us To.

You get the plan and you choose what to do with it. Some families handle the list themselves. Others ask us to coordinate the work - vetted trades, supervised by us, priced honestly before anything starts.

If it's useful, we'll keep an eye on the home going forward with scheduled visits and a written family summary each time.

  • Clear costs before anything happens
  • Vetted trades, supervised by Handled
  • Written family summary after every visit

What You Receive

Every Assessment Comes With This.

No matter which plan you choose after - or if you choose none at all - this is what the free visit gets you.

  • A full walkthrough

Every room that matters, assessed by someone trained to spot what falls start with.

  • A written, prioritized plan

Urgent, soon, and later - so nothing gets lost and nothing feels overwhelming.

  • Photos of any concerns

See exactly what we saw, not just a description of it.

  • A family summary

Sent after the visit so everyone who needs to know, knows.

  • Honest recommendations

If something doesn't need fixing, we'll say so - even if that means less work for us.

  • No pressure to continue

Take the plan and do it yourself, hire someone else, or ask us to handle it. Your call.

What It Costs

The First Call Is Free. The Plan Is Always Yours.

There's no fee for the first call and no obligation afterward. The in-home assessment is quoted up front, before anything is scheduled. If you decide to move forward with ongoing support, you'll see the price before anything happens - never after. If we don't think you need something, we'll tell you, even if it costs us the sale.
