The initial call is free. The in-home Home Safety Assessment is $500. It includes a room-by-room walkthrough, fall-risk mapping, an accessibility review, a home systems check, a prioritized written plan, and a family summary.
Most homes take about 60 to 90 minutes for a full walkthrough, longer for larger properties or multiple stories.
No. Handled is non-medical. We look at the home - lighting, hazards, access, maintenance - not a person's health. We'll always point you to the right professional for anything medical.
That's common, and we go slow. Many families frame it as "someone checking the house is up to code" rather than a personal evaluation. We're respectful, quick, and not intrusive.
You get a written, prioritized plan - urgent, soon, and later - with honest cost ranges. If you want us to handle the fixes, we can. If not, the list is yours to keep.
